What you control
One tenant for your organisation. Add users, sort them into groups and give admins, managers and members the rights they need.
Set budgets per user or group, per provider and per model, by day or month. Decide what happens when a budget runs out: warn, or stop.
Store API keys once for the whole tenant. They never reach your employees’ machines, and access ends the moment a seat is removed.
Allow work only on the repositories you approve, by repository or by whole organisation. Everything else cannot be opened.
Lock settings, visible models, tools and plugins per group. Users see what is locked and why.
See consumption per user, model and provider. Block a seat at any time, with an audit trail of what happened.
Good to know: personal subscriptions such as Claude Max or ChatGPT Codex cannot be pooled across a team. They stay with each user and appear in usage reporting, while budgets are enforced on the API keys you provide.

Some organisations need everything in-house. We plan and deliver Unary on your own servers, with local models if you want, as a fully self-contained system without any outside connection or as an open system that connects to the providers you choose. On request we also supply the matching hardware and software, from a single workstation to a complete setup.
